Pretty in Pink

May 2025 - The wildflowers around the North Devon coast this springtime were spectacular. I’d taken quite a few pictures of the Bluebells, Sea Campion, and Thrift to try and show their real beauty. I had the idea though to try and get a picture from their viewpoint and perspective. These Red Campion were thriving on the side of Potters Hill, it was almost like a carpet of pink. So I found this patch, sat and settled amongst them on top of something very prickly and took this view framing Woolacombe at sunset.
