Sunset Lit Seal

July 2019.- Seals are fairly common along the North Devon coast and can be seen fairly easily if you know where to look. This picture was taken whilst on a late evening trip with Ilfracombe Sea Safari and with a long zoom lens so we didn’t get too close. The sun was setting in the sky behind and reflecting the brown colour of the surrounding cliffs into the sea.
